After 7 years

Ok, so I know some of you think I was making you jump through hoops, but I thought it would be more fun that way. Plus this means I'm posting a record number of times in 1 week!

Yes, we are going to have another baby. The baby is due December 17th (forever away!), just after Chloe and Cassie's 7th birthdays. This time it is only 1 baby, so I'm thinking positive...not as sick, no early labor, easier delivery (can't get worse), only 1 crying baby, only 1 baby's diaper to change, only 1 baby teething at once...Could I have handled another set of twins, definitely. Am I grateful that it's just one, OH YEAH!!!

I have been sick, but not admitted to the hospital kind of sick. I started out with drugs, got them before I even started feeling sick, just to be prepared---last time I didn't get drugs until I was 18 weeks, could have made a difference. I'm tired a lot, and don't feel like going anywhere, which is very unnatural for me. Fortunately, Brian doesn't mind hanging out at the house watching basketball every night. Back to the drug thing...my insurance will only give me 48 tablets of Zofran a month, which = 1 1/2 a day. Now, I'm supposed to take 4 a day, but the insurance won't pay for any more because it's too expensive. I have to pick the days that I need to be the most productive, and that's when I take them. Some days, if I don't mind spending the day in the bathroom puking, I don't take any, or I take my sister's leftover Phenergan-which knocks me out for hours (great for night time!) So, if anyone has any extra Zofran laying around, let me know!

Chloe and Cassie are sooooooooooo excited to have a little brother or sister. They are going to be such amazing big sisters. Brian is really hoping for a little boy, I guess there's a bit too much estrogen in the house... Personally, I'm terrified of having a boy, what on earth would I do with a boy?????? I have no clue how to take care of or raise a boy. I guess we'll cross that bridge when we come to it.

Congrats Carol! We are very excited for you and wish we had some extra Zofran :) The thought of a boy is scary I agree! I think we just bring them into the world and then hand them over to our husbands.
